Roof replacement

The roof had sustained years of hail and wind damage. We replaced the roofing system and corrected several flashing and drainage problems along the way.

Window replacement

The home's original windows were failing and letting in drafts and moisture. We replaced them and repaired the damaged trim and framing we found once the old units were out.

Door installation

The existing sliding door no longer sealed or moved properly. We installed a better-fitting unit and corrected the surrounding trim and weather sealing.
